Our event venue consists of three areas: The Barn, The Cookout, and the West Lot. At Desert Foothills, your booking is exclusive. Your group, depending on its size, your event flow, and your entertainment, may use all of these areas or just one. Whatever you decide, we do not book any other events on the same day. Typically corporate groups arrive on charter buses or arrange for onsite parking. Our venue is not open to the public, we do not have a physical address, and all of our site visits are by appointment only.
Adjacent to the outdoor cookout is our 10,000 square foot barn. With high ceilings, open beams and rafters, its rustic charm comes to life with strung twinkle lights throughout. Our barn is L shaped, and in the corner of the L, we have another dance floor and riser for a band. The barn can seat a max of approx. 425, depending on your layout needs. The barn also has a 2500 square foot Patio – we call this our sunset patio, as it faces west and guests can have the best view of the sun setting over the desert. This area is great for just about everything: additional dining, specialty entertainment, lounge furniture, awards banquets, or enjoying a show in the west lot. The patio can seat up to about 150 depending on your layout.
This is one of our outdoor spaces. Located at the entrance of our venue, the cookout consists of a nice wide open area surrounded by natural desert terrain. You will find four large in-ground fire pits, a dance floor, and a band-shell. Our outdoor area can comfortably seat a maximum of 550-600 depending on your layout needs. This space can also be a great spot for an intimate group of 50 around one of the campfires, or a reception before moving into the barn.
The West Lot:
This area is just to the west of the barn. It is a wide open area surrounding by desert terrain. This lot is available to use if you have specialty entertainment. Big productions with large stages for top name entertainment are put in this lot. Other clients have used it for hot-air tethered balloon rides, special tents, and corporate team building activities.
